About
We each came to confess Christ as our Savior early in childhood. Married in 2009, we first attended an Anglican Church in Virginia in 2013 and have worshiped at Anglican churches in Virginia, Colorado, and Minnesota since then. As we began to keep the rhythms of the church year they came to help us shape the seasons of our personal lives. The weekly call to confession, repentance, prayer, and to partake in Eucharist rooted us deeply in the faith. From these roots we draw life and hope as we raise our three (soon to be four) children and walk with God’s people, living into the Kingdom of God declared to us in Christ Jesus.
During our time at Redeemer, we desire to grow in the grace and knowledge of God, not only for the benefit of our own souls and our children, but also for the building up of God’s people, his church. We are excited to be involved in Gregory House and are particularly eager to discern a future in ministry leadership.
Colten serves in various ways at Redeemer, including on the Men’s Listening Prayer leadership team and as a youth volunteer.
Anna has served on the Children’s Leaders Team, as a children’s ministry volunteer, and in small roles in women’s ministry events. She enjoys serving in Sunday worship as vocalist and greeter, and in Gregory House hopes to learn more about the diaconate, community formation, and Anglican distinctives.
